Mark Sager is the founding member and senior partner of Sager LLP. He specializes in civil litigation for sectors such as municipal law, real estate, land development, shareholder disputes and personal injury cases. A highly experienced mediator, Mark regularly represents clients in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of Appeal.
Mark has represented local, national and international clients. He has extensive experience and knowledge of local, provincial and federal politics. He has been involved in numerous entrepreneurial and development projects and is viewed as the “go to lawyer” for challenging projects and to guide clients seamlessly through complex civic zoning, bylaw, land use and permitting issues.
