The Municipal law section is headed by Mark Sager. With over twenty years of successful public life to draw on combined with almost countless undertakings in private practise, Mark offers our clients a unique ability to handle all types of municipal issues. Whether it is a development project requiring guidance through the complex process or dispute resolution we are in a position to assist. Mark has also been called upon on numerous occasions to mediate and assist in the resolution of issues between municipalities, school districts and regional boards.
